By the time you read this I will be gone - headed off to pastures new in search of pheasants and clay pigeons. What on earth am I talking about? Well, I'm joining a shooting magazine where my love of country pursuits (and dogs in particular!) will be put to good use.

In 1977, Barudan developed the first computerised multi head embroidery machine. It was to be a machine that would revolutionise the embroidery industry.
