New manual for the economic assessment of environmental policy - Since the beginning of 2007 the FOEN has been checking the economic effects of all new environmental policy measures. In this way environmental policy should be as effective and efficient as possible.

Endosulfan and Tributyl Tin Compounds recommended for inclusion in the Rotterdam (PIC) Convention - The Chemical Review Committee of the Rotterdam Convention on the Prior Informed Consent Procedure for Certain Hazardous Chemicals and Pesticides in International Trade recommended the inclusion of Endosulfan and tributyl tin compounds in the Convention.

Final report - Condensed version - Over a three-year period, the tyre/road noise and the pavement texture were measured on a series of 21 full-scale sites situated in urban areas with a speed limit of 50 km/h. It has been shown that the acoustic performance decreases asymptotically as a function of traffic volume.
