Weishaupt is one of the pioneers of combustion equipment.
In 1932, the company founder, Max Weishaupt, laid the foundation stone for his company with a mechanical engineering workshop in Schwendi. Production of Weishaupt's first oil burner began there in 1952. Sales soared and the number of employees at the Schwendi factory rose rapidly.

Today, Weishaupt is a globally active company with more than 2,800 employees.
