Escapements WVE

At automated processes it is often necessary to feed the workpieces individually.The escapements are operated by a 5/2 valve. In the starting position, the upper piston rod is driven out and the lower one is driven back.

Following the reversal, the upper piston rod can only be driven back after the lower one has been driven out completely, due to the internal interlocking mechanism. Until the workpiece is released, it is always enclosed by both piston rods.
