ACTW eXpert ISDN, SS7, V5 Protocol and traffic analysis software

ACTW eXpert is a new and powerful software application for protocol and traffic analysis compliant with all the range of WAVETEL probes ACTRIS, QUATRIS/OCTRIS, COMPLIS :

* ISDN, V5 and SS7 Protocol Analysis : Complete decoding of layers 1, 2 et 3 with a wide selection of display formats,
- Complete decoding of public and private protocols for ISDN :
- EDSS1, Euro-ISDN, QSIG, CorNet N, CorNet-NQ,T-NET, DPNSS, DASS2 …
- Complete decoding of Signaling System N° 7 / SS7 including TCAP/INAP,
- Complete decoding of V5.1 and V5.2 with ACTRIS COMBI et COMPLIS,
- Decoding of segmented frames,
- Contextual text and message user-defined filters.

* ISDN, SS7 and V5 Call Data Records :
The Call Data Records provides a clear synthesis of all the telecommunications that occur on one or several ISDN, V5 or SS7 accesses.
A Pre-header with statistical analysis allows you to detect immediatly the release causes of unsuccessful calls and the B channel usage of the telecommunication infrastructure under analysis.
ACTW eXpert is then providing all the signaling relating to a particular call for deeper analysis.

* Statistics :
Statistics provides an overview of one or several accesses and allows you to detect the presence of specific trouble related messages as for instance : STATUS, REJECT, NOTIFY ….You can easily check the Layer 2 and Layer 3 behaviour. The graphics are user defined and can be exported into your reports.


* Symbolic View :
The symbolic view is a didactical tool that allows you to replay a communication and to visualise all the exchanges between a terminal equipment and the ISDN Network.
