2-line CNC hydraulic punching machine: HPML-A-2T
It is suitable also for big batches and for tubes with bigger number of holes. Only for same size holes and also for different pitch holes.
Tolerance for pitch holes is up to 0,2 mm. the tolerance for distance between first and last hole is up to 0,5 mm.
The extending adapter and the centering of tube before each stroke reduce the size of deformation to minimum, it enables easy feed and it makes the punching of tubes with low quality and with big manufacturing tolerance easier.
The difference in comparison with HPML-A-1T – higher output through 2-lines equipment for punching on two lines at once.
