The ultrasonic welders of the USP-ROTOR series have been designed and manufactured using state-of–the-art technologies (CAD, CNC). These welders are manufactured following customer’s needs. The use of a rotary table with several positions makes the welding cycle faster. An additional automatic ejection systems enables to further increase the productive cycle. The loading of the parts to be welded is usually done manually. The USP-ROTOR welders can be supplied with ultrasonic generators with power from 500 up to 3000 Watt, frequencies of 20 or 36 kHz. The generator will be chosen according to the shape of the parts to be welded. The USP–ROTOR welders are equipped with a cycle control done by a microprocessor. These welders are supplied with safety devices made of anodised aluminium profiles and transparent polycarbonate panels. The access doors to working zone are equipped with safety micro-switches. Otherwise this welders can be equipped with a soundproofing cabinet.
