Rotary aseptic filling machine

The FMi (Flow Meter isolator) is a rotary aseptic filling machine designed to fill sensitive still products in an aseptic environment. The isolator technology provides the highest hygienic safety standard and the flexible modular machine platform allows various machine configurations adaptable to our customer needs and the individual product requirements. The flexible multi start-wheel system transports the bottles only by their necks through the various stations of the filling machine. PAA is used as sterilant for optimal bottle and closure de-contamination.
The FMi platform is based on a proven technology and has constantly been developed and optimized in terms of aseptic performance, flexibility, production and efficiency.
