Aseptic linear filler

The LFA-20 is an aseptic linear filler designed to meet the high hygienic standards required for aseptically filling low-acid liquid foods into open neck HDPE bottles. The technology has been approved by the American Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and meets the 3A design standard required in the dairy industry. With its compact footprint (10x8 meters), its effort-saving design and excellent operator interface, the LFA-20 ON offers increased efficiency, flexibility in terms of format changes and easy operation.

The hygienic design of the LFA-20 allows efficient machine cleaning and sterilization with outstanding sterile performance. By reducing the size of the aseptic chamber and avoiding air turbulence inside it, the risk of product re-contamination has been reduced considerably. The aseptic chamber is permanently kept under slight overpressure during production. The efficient “dry sterilization process”, which uses hydrogen peroxide vapor to sterilize the machine, the bottles and the foil seals, reduces the amount of chemicals used during production to a minimum.
