Photo-ageing tests in ultraviolet light simulate and accelerate, in the laboratory, the natural ageing induced by solar radiation and climatic conditions.
SERCOVAM has a unique UV laboratory equipped with more than 30 devices that can perform almost all the test methods in this field. It owns the CI 3000, CI 35 WEATHER-OMETER, Q-UV, XENOTEST 150S, CXW, etc ... specified by automotive test methods, in addition to a CLIMATRON of the type used in the building or electronics sector, and a SUNTEST to study the behaviour of  packaging exposed behind a window or in shop.
Both Cestas and Etupes laboratories are accredited following the ISO 17025 COFRAC and recognised by the major international car manufacturers.
