Clamping force measuring device

Contactless data- and power transmission from / to the measuring device; automatic measuring program with output of the clamping force curve via a PC (incl. software) mounting from two sides possible.
 
 Advantages and customer benefits:  -  Simple measuring of clamping forces at lathe chucks in stopped position (static) or in dynamic operation through contact free data transmission.
 -  Critical in manufacturing facilities to check the clamping force characteristics of 2-, 3- or 4-jaw chucks. By looking at the clamping force, you can see the general condition of the chuck and a loss of clamping force can be detected in time.
 -  It is possible to make statistics about the measured clamping force and rpm values with a laptop / PC. Data transmission is done via a serial interface RS-232C. The required software and cable are part of the delivery. The software is compatible as of version 286 under Windows 3.x or Windows 95/NT.
 -  Scope of delivery: complete operating unit with all accessories and add-on components as well as software in a protected case for an immediate operation.
