Renesas Design France (RDF) is a semiconductor and systems R&D company developing mobile phone solutions for the 3GPP market.

Our main areas of expertise are in the design of:

  • Baseband including architecture, LSI and software
  • Radio Frequency solutions including CMOS RF
  • Mobile platforms including OS, firmware and drivers

    • We are an independent design group of around 120 people based in Rennes and expanding to 150.
