The StepMaster is a bulk-handling unit, which was especially developed for handling heavy, robust metal parts (e.g. metal bushings). An amply dimensioned parts hopper with conveyor belt decouples the StepMaster from a permanent feed of parts.
Due to the sturdy design the StepMaster is absolutely wear resistant and has a compact and space saving design.

- Hardened conveyor edges (the conveyor edges of the individual steps are furnished with hardened steel, which ensures almost wear-free operation).
- He steps are driven by pneumatic cylinders with end position monitoring.
- The control works with a pneumatic 5/2-way valve (mono stable).
