With the handling system LiftMaster in combination with our patented placement fixture placement parts can be easily inserted into the forming tool in only a few seconds. The LiftMaster is an independently working unit, which is also suitable for retrofitting existing machines. All articles are placed into the tool at the same time and can thus be evenly heated up. This minimizes the heating time of the process. Placement devices, also developed by HAHN AUTOMATION, can e.g. take over the correctly oriented placement of parts. Moreover, the LiftMaster makes work much easier. The placement height of the placement device can be easily adapted to the size of the operator. A freely programmable sequence control ensures ideal process reliability and work safety.

Options :

The placement devices can optionally also be equipped with a turbine vibrator with manual release. This vibrator causes vibration of the placement devices and thus enables better placement of the parts. The quick-change adapter enables easy changing of the placement device.
