RC Modèles paint-compatible bellows were developed in response to customer specifications. Both the materials and manufacturing process are guaranteed free from silicone and other release agents. RC Modèles paint-compatible bellows are made from Kevlar® fabric coated with a fire-proof, spark-resistant, and paint-compatible elastomer coating suitable for use on auto body assembly and paint lines.

The bellows are manufactured in a special clean-room-type workshop where materials, tools, and machines are controlled carefully at all stages of manufacturing. We offer a range of standard parts for our paint-compatible bellows according to actuator travel, and with or without stem lock.

 Filter grommet: Allows elastomer bellows to “breathe” without letting in debris.

 Zip fastener: Saves time by letting you install the bellows without dismantling your actuator.

 Steel mating flange or clamping collar: To securely mount our paint-compatible bellows on your equipment.

 Extension limiters: Required on very long vertical bellows to ensure all pleats operate uniformly.
