Whether you need a one-off part or an entire production run, our elastomer bellows are manufactured from drawings at no additional tooling cost to you. All parts are designed and manufactured to fit your equipment perfectly, and can be made from high-strength canvas, Kevlar® fabric, or elastomer-coated fibreglass. The elastomer coating is applied after the bellows are formed, resulting in a one-piece part with a perfect seal. Our elastomer bellows are formulated from silicone, polyurethane, Viton®, or a special silicone-free paint-compatible coating. We can produce parts with cylindrical, square, rectangular, or hexagonal cross-sections, in sizes of up to 3.000 m × 3.000 m.

Nos soufflets élastomères de protection sont réalisés sur plan sans frais d’outillage. Vous obtenez ainsi une pièce aux dimensions de votre installation, à l’unité ou en série. Ils sont constitués d’un tissu technique : toile haute résistance, tissu type Kevlar®, ou toile de verre enduite d’un élastomère. Celui-ci est appliqué sur les soufflets élastomères déjà formés, on obtient ainsi une pièce MONOBLOC, c’est la garantie d’une parfaite étanchéité. Ces soufflets élastomères sont formulés à base de silicone, polyuréthanne, viton ou enduction spéciale Label peinture. Nous pouvons réaliser des pièces de section cylindrique, carrée, rectangulaire ou hexagonale dans des dimensions allant jusqu’à 3000/3000 mm.

 Viton® coating withstands chemical substances.

 Zip fastener: Saves time by letting you install the bellows without dismantling your machine.

 Filter grommet: Allows elastomer bellows to “breathe” without letting in debris.

 Guide ring: Holds the bellows in place while a screw is being protected.

 Steel mating flange and clamping collar: For optimal mounting of bellows on your equipment.

 Extension limiters: To be used with long vertical bellows so that movements are distributed uniformly across all pleats.

 Internal and external rings: Prevent larger-sized bellows from losing their shape and help them withstand internal and external pressure forces.
