CNC corner cleaners with interpolated axes FR_T7 / FR_T9

  • They can be equipped with up to 17 tools and, like the FR_T5, mill different frame combinations and sash overlaps thanks to the electronically-controlled supplementary axis.
  • Their working range permits cleaning profiles with a maximum height of up to 180 mm. (greater heights to be checked according to the profile drawing) and are therefore particularly suited for machining monoblocs, both in the vertical and horizontal parts.
  • Because they feature inner “0” point, they are also suitable for the inline cleaning of frames welded with profiles of different thickness (without having to fit compensation shims to the stops).
  • Automatic profile identification is ensured by four linear encoders which, at the same time, measure both the height and the width of each side of the corner
  • Up to 180 different drawings can be displayed and an almost unlimited quantity of programs can be stored
  • The FR_T9 on the other hand , with four controlled and interpolated axes (up to 5 with the supplementary axis for milling different frame combinations and sash overlaps or other special jobs), is able to operate the tool unit at the same time as the lower unit
