Each weld record consists of:

Serial number of the power source.
Serial number of the welding head.
The work piece or joint reference entered by the operator.
Joint number, from 0001 to 9999, increased automatically (manual reset).
Repair weld: increment R1, R2… (joint number does not increase).
Starting time (h/m) and date (y/m/d) of each joint.
OK message or error code after each weld. 
Welding time.
