piezosystem jena offers high power actuators in addition to the long lasting approved low volt piezo elements. This series provides a travel of up to 260 microns.

 The great advantage of these actuators is their capability to handle high loads. Their resonant frequency of up to 60 kHz and extreme high accelerations of >100.000 m/sec² allows for their use in many applications that require an outstanding dynamic.

Due to the temperature range for the operation of -60°C to +120°C, the systems also work reliably at extreme temperatures. As an option we can also deliver the systems in a cryogenic or a vacuum design.

For positioning tasks which require highest accuracy, actuators equipped with a measurement system (strain gauge) are available.
