G3-F9 fi lter bags, ECO series
Filter bags made from synthetic media with a PGI progressive structure, to meet all the requirements of quality and durability depending on the application. Our range of filter bags contains every type of combination of support frames (plastic or metal section,a one-piece injection-moulded propylene frame etc…) as well as types of filter, synthetic, meltblown, Biostat media etc…
Tested and classifi ed according to the updated standard EN 779.
All PGI fi lter bags are classifi ed as F1 according to DIN 53438, self-extinguishing and 100% resistant to humidity; all PGI filters are free from silicone.
Product characteristics :

Produced from polyester fi bres for G3, G4, F5 and F6 classes, and from Meltblown PP for Class F7–F9 materials.

Leak proof welded fi lter pockets. Thermal welding on polyester. Ultrasonic welding on Meltblown.

Media with progressive structure for longer life time.

Can be produced into special dimensions upon request.

Certifi ed quality: each type of bag fi lter has been impartially tested according to EN 779.

Temperature resistance : up to 80°C.

Silicon free.

Resistance to Relative Humidity : up to 100% R.H.
