Classification: AFNOR NF T 36-005, Family1 Class 6b
Definition: Two-component anti-rust primer rich in phosphate and activated zinc. Basedon solvent phase tow-component epoxy resin. Applied outdoors, must necessarily becovered by a finishing coat.
Destination: Anti-rust protection of ferrous metals and galvanized steel. Binding coaton non-ferrous metals prior to finishing with two-component epoxy or polyurethane paint.
Properties: Applied as an anti-rust primer on ferrous metals. Heavy-bodied, can be applied in thick coat. High-quality corrosion protection due to the concentration of phosphate and activated zinc. Excellent adherence on ferrous metals as well as nonferrous metals such as aluminum, zinc, galvanized sheet metal, etc.

Mixture preparation: Mix component A with component B, stirring continuously until mixture is perfectly homogenous. Use mechanical mixer on slow speed.
Practical Usage Time: 6 hours at 20°C
Application: 1 or 2 coats on prepared surface
Conditions: Temperature (surface and air) above 10°C, Humidity below 80% .
Temperature must be at east 3°C above dew-point
Tools and thinner:
- Brush / anti-drip roller: up to 3% DAF 315.
- Airless spray gun: Nozzle 11 to 13: up to 3% DAF 315
