Colour sensors of the LT series are able to detect colour in True Colour quality. This technology can be compared to the human eye. The electronics consists of a controller to which various fibre optics can be connected. Due to their flexibility regarding various fibre optics, object distances of up to 100mm can be measured. There is only a very small light fibre on the object to be measured. The LT series offers universal sensors in different classes.

Colour sensors colorSENSOR OT are fixed optics sensors with True Colour colour detection. The sensor illuminates the surface with white light and detects the reflected colour values. Besides the optics, the models hardly differ. The illumination can be deactivated via a software. Therefore, OT sensors can be used for the colour detection of primary light sources.
