Dispatch sorting

All store orders are directed automatically to the dispatch buffer where the containers are stored temporarily and retrieved in the required sequence. Not only are the orders of the various stores sorted onto dollies, various sort criteria for each dolly are also observed in order to make in-store handling easier.

Once the correct sequence has been established, the dispatch containers are loaded automatically onto dollies, the stacks secured by strapping, and sorted into routes via the dispatch conveyor system. The handling and supply of empty dollies for this area is also fully automised.
