Single tube iTPS™ system
This fully integrated, single-manufacturer solution is the world’s fastest and most accurate weighing and packing system for small target weight products such as extruded snacks and nuts. It includes a high speed CCW-R Multihead Weigher mounted directly onto an Atlas122 Bagmaker, feeding a TSC-R Seal Tester and a DACS-Z Checkweigher.
It is operated via a single touchscreen for simpler control and faster changeovers. Further equipment that can be fully integrated includes X-ray inspection systems, metal detectors and printing facilities.
