EMD - ETAP Multisensor for DALI

DESCRIPTION :
    * The system comprises a multisensor and a DALI control unit which ETAP has built into a lighting luminaire.
    * EMD is in keeping with DALI (Digital Adressable Lighting Interface), the industry standard for digital light control
    * Works both autonomously and in a DALI network

    * Ergonomic light controls: Light control of level of each luminaire is possible without changing the settings of the DALI line
    * Suitable for most luminaire types, including Luxial downlights

OPERATION:
Daylight dependent
    * Regulates the artificial light depending on the amount of daylight. The adjustment is not noticeably influenced by environmental changes such as lighter or darker clothing, a large sheet of paper,...
    * The light sensor is based on an LDR (Light Dependent Resistor).

Movement dependent
    * Dims and switches the light when no-one is in the room Several EMDs with occupancy detection can function next to each other so that the light is only switched off when the sensors don't detect any movement anymore.
    * The movement sensor is based on the passive infrared principle.
    * Switching and imperceptible automatic dimming
