The solid roller cage is available in three different versions. The normal version is illustrated in the photograph opposite. In addition, the solid roller cage is also available in models having splined or hollow drilled rollers. The contact ratios of the solid roller cage are higher than those of the flexible roller cage. For this reason, the solid roller cage is particularly well suited for high dynamic and/or static loads – In combination with spring bushings, the solid roller cage is ideally suited for use in applications with high temperatures - right up to approx. 400°C.
