LabelSecure is a multi-inspection machine. It not only checks for the presence, position and orientation of the label, it also ensures that all the regulatory information (UBD, barcode, datamatrix, weight, price, etc.) is correct, and detects any misalignment of the top film.

The machine inspects, identifies and controls the ejection of defective packs. In the event of a drift in production, an alarm alerts the operators so that the problem can be corrected immediately. A barcode reader checks the case packing operation after verifying the consistency of the codes on the outer carton and the primary packaging.
