FILTER PRESS JETFILTER
JETFILTER is a filter press of new concept which exceeds in speed and in automation all the traditional filtration systems.
The innovative technologies of product injection, together with the exclusive, integrated system of cake discharge and cloth washing, allow the JETFILTER to dewater any kind of suspension very quickly.
JETFILTER is fully automatic and can work 24 hours a day continuously without the operator’s presence, even in case of viscous product which gives very adhesive and difficult to discharge panels.
Compared to the traditional automatic filter presses, the JET FILTER hourly output is about 4 times higher.
The technology implemented in this model, further to reduce the cycle time, allows to minimize the utilization of chemical filtration aids and consequently, to cut the plant operating costs considerably.
The JETFILTER structure is overhead beam type and its small size facilitates its installation in small rooms or in existing plants.
Product characteristics :

“Plate by plate” feed: A series of injectors puts the product in every single filtration chamber simultaneously.

Discharging device: It is placed on the lower side of each plate and it is composed of a series of washing bars.

Automatic cloth washing: It is composed of a series of nozzles embodied to the discharging device and allows to wash all the cloths simultaneously, at the end of every cycle. In this way it is possible to guarantee a constant filtration output in time.

Distribution system: It allows to choke the cloth washing by means of automatic valves placed near to each plate. In this way it is possible to optimize the water consumption.

Simultaneous plate shifting It guarantees the immediate and simultaneous plate pack opening and the considerable reduction of idle time during the filtration cycle.

Spare cloths: A complete set of spare cloths is pre-installed on the machine.
