Vibration reduced hammers, picks and clay diggers
A unique vibration isolation system was invented by Chicago Pneumatic in respond to the increasing demand of low vibration pneumatic hammers. It was adapted to one chipping hammer (CP 0017 in replacement of CP 4121) and two picks (FL 0022 & FL 0025) without compromising on the performance of the tools. Originally designed for industrial applications, they are also used in rough construction applications in countries with very strict regulations on vibration levels, such as the UK.

CP 0017 SVR for light demolition, repair work on concrete, stone and brickwork. Ideal for industrial applications in foundaries, steel mills, shipyards or refineries.

FL 0022 SVR pick incorporates the FL 0022 special valve design for more power and more precise blow. Typical applications include pile-capping, concrete demolition, bridge work.

FL 0025 SVR pick has a similar design to the FL 0022 but with a longer cylinder for extra power.
