HTO HP 27/108 GP, Heat Transfer Oil Filter / High Pressure Filter, is a fine filter for offline oil filtration with 1, 2, 3 or more HTO 27/108 filter housings installed in parallel, used for maintenance of heat transfer oil in central heating systems and where high processing temperatures are necessary.

The filter is a 3-micron absolute filter with a high dirt-holding capacity and a cellulose-based filter insert that removes particles, retains oil degradation products (oxidation, resin/sludge, varnish), and for raising the flash point.
 
With clean heat transfer oil you obtain extended oil life time and avoid:

• Mechanical shaft seal change.
• Breakdowns of pumps and valves.
• Problems with gas heated oil boilers.
• Alarms and unplanned stops.

HTO HP Filter is available in sizes HTO 1x27/108, 2x27/108, 3x27/108, and more stays, depending on the required oil capacity. The filter is standard mounted with tank, heat exchanger, air cooler, control box, leak protection and 3-way valve.
