Universal manufacturing tool
This innovative universal tool has been designed for all large cylindrical products, specifically motor housings and bushings with a wide variety of clinch mechanisms.
Mobile bending punches allow for a “soft forming operation” guaranteeing best roundness tolerance values
- optimum transmission of force
- short tool travel
- no buckling of brackets
For even better roundness tolerance values the tool can be combined with a patented Bihler ring press. Depending on the blanking requirements, this universal tool can be integrated into either the Multicenter MC 120 or TWINTEC machines.
