The SCC-90 is a measure machine in line which can be coupled with a saw machine.
SCC-90, works with the non contact and explore principle. Above every head of the tube a digital camera has been assembled. A sophisticated telecentric objective pre-recorded a picture of the tube. These two pictures are added together by an intelligent programme which will be analysed. From this analysis the length of the tube follows. With this method it is possible more than 6000 measuring per hour with a very high exactitude. The programme is also able to recognise (chips) on heads, and to eliminate them.
