Cores for SC and LWC Papers

Modern rewinders and rapidly running printing presses place special demands on cores - demands for which
Paul & Co has developed the qualities S0 to S2R. Special strength, precise dimensions, good concentricity and uniform diameters assure the best in paper processing features. 

Harsh and constant testing of their own production allows Paul & Co to fulfil the prerequisites for trouble free manufacturing in paper mills and printing presses. All the different types are suitable for use in the latest fully automatic core saws. Cores for rotogravure printing papers - upon request also with adhesive strips - can be used in the following areas (again depending on the speed of the web and the type of machine): 

Reel width to 3.7 m, Reel weight to ca. 4.5 t
(Grade S0)
Reel width to 3.7 m, Reel weight to ca. 5.2 t
(Grade S1)
Reel width to 3.7 m, Reel weight to ca. 7 t
(Grade S2 / S2R)
