Screw Compressors: SH 200/250

Separator heads SH 200 / 250 are designed for installation in separator tanks of screw compressor units. The head is connected to the tank by a flange joint.

The compressed air, containing oil, flows from the pre-separator of the separator tank into the separator cartridge. Here the residual oil is separated and flows inside the tank into the cartridge bottom plate. From there through the scavenge pipe back to the screw block.

The oil free compressed air passes out of the tank through the minimum pressure valve at the top. The oil free pilot air for the control of the screw compressor is let out ahead of the minimum pressure valve at the top.
