Pulse heat soldering equipment
The machine is designed for soldering and assembly of TO 240 housings.

It is in the form of a turntable assembly robot with 12 holders, rotating clockwise.
The aluminium bushes are fed in by means of spiral bowl or linear feeder. Various tests are carried out on the housing during processing. Nonconforming parts are discharged separately into the reject box. Parts for rework are discharged via two slides (depending on type of rework). Satisfactory parts are transferred to the OK conveyor.
The machine is designed as an assembly robot and can be operated in normal production both with automatic program control and manual control. An emptying mode is also provided.
