Assembly robot for seat tilt spindle adjustment
The machine is designed for assembly of an electric seat tilt spindle adjustment unit.
It is in the form of a turntable assembly robot with 10 holders, rotating clockwise.
Preassembled motor components are fed to the machine by means of a revolving workpiece carrier and are greased. This motor assembly is then covered with a welded cage, consisting of four bearing shells. The welding cage is measured with laser sensors and permanently laser-welded at six points. Nonconforming parts are removed by hand, satisfactory parts are removed from the machine by means of a second revolving conveyor.
The machine is designed as an assembly robot and can be operated in normal production in automatic program control, manual control and single step mode.
