Assembly robot for connector terminal AK 500
The machine is designed for assembly of AK 500 Links. These consist of:
Connector terminal types can be mounted from two to twelve individual chambers. The machine is provided with test equipment to determine satisfactory and nonconforming parts.
The machine can be run in individual steps and also with automatic program control.
The individual components are fed to the assembly stations by means of vibratory feeders. After assembly the finished terminals are transported to the packing cartons by conveyor (nonconforming parts are discharged separately).
