This facility is used to de-stack the blanks in the direction of travel of the press. The unit consists of three components:

Transfer conveyor, scissor lift table as well as de-stacking table and is only suitable for structured parts. Depending on the customer’s requirement, a simple or multiple stacking as well as a separation in case of double parts in the stacking mask may be conducted. For the transfer of the blank stack from the scissor lift table to the stacking table, the press is switched off until the scissor lift table has reached its upper end position. A continual operation of the press is not possible. The compressed blank stack is then taken from the stack table.
