This facility serves for the automated de-stacking of structured parts lateral to the direction of travel of the press. The de-stacking takes place in two locations which are arranged in a row. The unit can be inserted on the front or backside of the press. It consists of a preceding conveyor belt and two movable scissor stroke tables. The change between the stack nests is realized via a second, pivotable conveyor. Depending on the time required for the discharge cycle, a continual operation of the press can realized without stopping of the press during the removal of the stacks by means of adjusting the stacking height, blank thickness and stroke rate of the press.
