G.O.L.D. Vocal, is the Aldata application module dedicated to support order preparation and inventory in warehouses.
Aldata G.O.L.D. Vocal, today used by more than 6 000 operators worldwide, covers all voice systems by providing both 1st generation voice-dedicated and 2nd generation PDA-based solutions.
The Aldata G.O.L.D. Vocal solution is available on mobile multi-mode voice and data terminals (PDAs) as well as on specific voice-dedicated equipment, thus allowing order preparation centres to operate simultaneously in both mobile and dedicated environments and so protect existing and future investments.
In line with the existing Aldata G.O.L.D. Mobile PDA solution for in-store operations, Aldata G.O.L.D. Vocal on PDA extends Aldata’s capability in ‘mobility’ solutions as well as supporting market trends in the adoption of the PDA as the universal terminal. The PDA extension enhances the potential for new business processes based on multi-modal applications integrating voice and other data management methods (keyboard, barcode reader, RFID, voice, scanning)
