MiVoicemail Missed Call Alert
For wireless service providers, missed calls mean missed opportunities and lost revenue – and it can also mean dissatisfied customers. By adding MiVoicemail Missed Call Alert application to your messaging network, information about call attempts is captured and provided to your subscribers. When the subscriber becomes available, MiVoicemail Missed Call Alert sends a Short Message Service (SMS) notification of the missed call, identifying the telephone number of the calling party. By pressing the SEND key, the subscriber can easily return the call – resulting in prompter and more frequent call returns.
