Class1 Bluetooth® module

This miniature module enables two-way Bluetooth® transmission over a range of 150m.

It uses the 2.45GHz world frequency band according to the European directive RTTE EN300-220 / EN301-489.

This module is fully compliant with the Bluetooth® V2.0 + EDR (Enhanced Data Rate) standard.

Its “air” data rate goes up to 3Mbps, if EDR mode is supported on both sides. Data transmission and setup are performed via a standard or complete UART serial interface.

The miniature antenna is integrated on the PCB. The module is available as Stand-alone modules or in DemoKit.

This product covers the following applications :
- payment terminals ;
- trucks geolocalisation ;
- data transmission for environment.
The major advantage stems from the fact that this module is fully compatible with PDA’s, laptops and Bluetooth® GSMs.
