Die optimalen Einsatzbereiche für die Compact 4 liegen in der Kartonierung von Medikamenten, Kosmetika und Nahrungsmitteln und im Lohnpackbereich. Die Compact 4 ist an allen Verstellpositionen mit Schnellverschlüssen und Millimeterskalen ausgestattet. Unser patentiertes, stufenlos verstellbares Formatmodul STELLA ® verkürzt die Formatumstellung auf 15 Min., ohne Formatteile am Formatstern austauschen zu müssen. 68 Abhängig von den Bedürfnissen des Kunden kann der Antrieb der Compact 4 durch eine Kombination aus Elektromotor / Rundschalttisch und einer mechanischen Sicherheitskupplung (Compact 4/S) oder einen Servomotor mit Frequenzumrichter (Compact 4/M) erfolgen. Die Funktionskontrolle übernimmt jeweils eine SPS. The optimal application fields for the Compact 4 are the cartoning of pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food and the contract packing. At all the adjustments positions the Compact 4 features quick-locking levers and accurate read scales. Our patented universal adjustable size star STELLA ® allows an easy and quick change over in 15 minutes, without necessity of replacement of any size part on the size-star. Depending on customer's requirements the Compact 4 can be driven by a combination of electric motor / indexing table and mechanical safety clutch (Compact 4/S) or by a servo motor with inverter (Compact 4/M). The function control is handled by a PLC. 68
