Expertise en soudure haute fréquence : Depuis plus de 40 ans, nous utilisons la soudure haute fréquence pour étancher les coutures de nos vêtements de protection contre les intempéries. Cette technique est la solution la plus efficace et la plus fiable. De la conception du produit à l'outil pour le fabriquer, tout est réalisé dans nos usines. Une certaine idée du développement durable : Simplicité et solidité sont les qualités souhaitées par nos clients pour leurs vêtements de protection. Guy Cotten has become an expert in high frequency welding : for over 40 years we have been using this most efficient and reliable technique to seal the stitches on our protective garments. The design of the products as well as the tooling to manufacture are all made in our factories. Simplicity and strength are the mains qualities required by our customers for their protective clothing. Our aim is to keep very faithful customers, using long lasting garments which in the longer term means a more economical solution with a far lower consumption of raw material and less to be retreated (Repair Kit p.34). ISOLATECH (Système breveté)
La condensation maîtrisée par la technique de l'isolation !
Dans le ciré traditionnel, la condensation est un phénomène naturel, inévitable, qui se produit dès qu'il y a une différence sensible entre la température du corps et celle de l'extérieur. Elle est encore amplifiée si l'hygrométrie est importante ! Le procédé ISOLATECH améliore largement le confort de l'utilisateur. Grâce à cette innovation qui s'inspire du principe du double vitrage, la condensation est sensiblement réduite ! Cette innovation est présente dans tous les articles marqués du label ISOLATECH.

Condensation is a natural phenomenom that occurs inside traditional waterproofs as soon as there is a difference in temperature between the outside and the inside of the garment. Our ISOLATECH SYSTEM is using the double glazing principle. The condensation is greatly reduced ! A number of products of the Guy Cotten range is benefitting from the ISOLATECH INNOVATION. This innovation is included in all the garments marked with the ISOLATECH label.

BOCAGE und MACADAM Hosen
(Geschütztes Modelle)
Eine Größe für alle - justierbarer Gürtel Geschütztes Modell. Guy Cotten ist der Erfinder der Arbeitshose, die jedem passt. Die gleiche Hose ist geeignet für Menschen mit der Größe XS bis XL. Dadurch ist es auch leichter den Lagerbestand zu verwalten, Arbeitskolonnen zu bekleiden. Die Bocage-Hose wird sehr häufig bei der Weinernte und bei Stallarbeiten sowie auf dem Bau verwendet.

Dies ist auch der Fall, wenn die Membrane extrem beansprucht wird und sehr ausgedehnt ist. - Eine Mikro-poröse Beschichtung unterstützt den Widerstand gegen Wasser und Wind. - Eine Bindung zwischen den beiden Schichten. Die Außenhaut ist sehr widerstandsfähig gegen Auswirkungen von Außen : Verschleiß, Beschädigung... Das Außenmaterial ist wasserabweisend und gegen Flecken behandelt. Die Innenseite ist verklebt, somit ist der Einsatz eines zusätzlichen Futter überflüssig desweiteren erreicht man eine längere Lebensdauer und mehr Komfort. Les envois en port dû seront systématiquement refusés. · Après examen, et selon le type de problème rencontré, la réparation pourra être effectuée : - soit en SAV à titre gratuit s'il s'agit d'un défaut imputable à la SA GUY COTTEN, sous réserve que les articles aient été utilisés dans des conditions normales et que les conseils de lavage aient été respectés. - soit à titre payant, notamment si le problème résulte de l'usure normale du produit, auquel cas un devis sera établi pour accord.
