Type de contrat : Plein tempsAs a member of the Equity Research department, you will be in constant contact with Financial Analysts, Economists and the Methodology and Data teams in Paris and London. Your role will include: 1. Overseeing the Daily compilation from 07.15 CET o Coordination of the DTP & Translation teams, identifying data issues and chasing up analysts to ensure all publications are ready for compilation by 08.20 CET o Supervising the preparation of the compilation for publication by 08.40 CET, preparing statistics for management 2. Overseeing the work of the morning DTP & Translation teams (Paris & London) - ensuring the correct allocation of resources and monitoring the quality of the work. 3. Weekly verification of the publication database for Paris documents. 4. Identifying and logging any potential operational risks for Paris. 5. Overseeing print logistics, for the Paris platform o Ensuring the quality of printed documents (from checking the BAT to the printed document upon reception) o Launching tenders and supervising big projects (seminars) o Logging print orders + checking billing 6. Helping to coordinate major projects for the equity research department 7. Monitoring IT Bugs and involvement in future development. Profile: You are able to demonstrate a methodical and rigorous approach to organising, a strong sense of teamwork and good inter-personal skills. You have experience in a cash equities environment and advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and PPT (especially for their use in DTP). You have a keen eye for detail and are able to follow processes diligently. You are bilingual French and English.
